Finnish traditional Rice Porridge
(for 4 persons)
3 dl water1
5 dl porridge rice
7 dl milk
salt
Boil the water.Add the rice and let cook for about 5 minutes.Mix all between. Add milk, cook in the mild heat for about40 minutes. Finally season with salt.
